We welcomed Bree Ayla on November 1, 2018 at 4:11pm. She weighed 7lbs 12oz and was 21.5 inches long. She took her time coming into the world but she was sweet as can be from the first second! Dad would not be happy if this wasn’t mentioned – Bree was born about an hour before the Astro’s started game 7 of the World Series – against the Dodgers (there were a lot of comments from everyone as we walked from the delivery room to recovery with Dad, Grandma and Gramps all in Astro’s shirts). By the time we were in our room, relaxed and ready to sleep, the Astro’s won and Jonathan got to have a silent celebration with his new baby girl.
